These terms and conditions ("Agreement") set forth the general terms governing your use of varonova.ca (the "Website") and any of our related software solutions, products, or services (collectively, "Services"). This Agreement is legally binding between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Varonova Tech Inc. ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you are acting on behalf of a business or entity, you represent that you have authority to bind such entity to this Agreement.
Acceptance of Terms
By using the Services, you agree to comply with this Agreement. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Services.
Accounts and Membership
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities under it.
We reserve the right to suspend, disable, or delete accounts for violations of this Agreement.
Billing and Payments
Fees for Services are due as per the billing terms in effect at the time of payment.
We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time.
Accuracy of Information
While we strive for accuracy, information in the Services may occasionally contain errors. We reserve the right to correct inaccuracies without prior notice.
Third-Party Services
The Services may integrate with third-party platforms. Your use of such services is governed by their terms, and we disclaim liability for their content, data practices, or performance.
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Services for:
- Unlawful activities, harassment, discrimination, or infringement of intellectual property.
- Spamming, spreading malware, or disrupting the Services' functionality.
- Any purpose violating this Agreement or applicable laws.
Intellectual Property
All rights, titles, and interests in the Services (including trademarks, software, and content) remain with Varonova Tech Inc. or its licensors. Your use grants no ownership or licensing rights.
Disclaimer of Warranty
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Varonova Tech Inc., its affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to $1 USD or fees paid by you in the prior month.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Varonova Tech Inc. against claims arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of this Agreement, or willful misconduct.
Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Ontario, Canada, and you waive the right to a jury trial.
Changes to this Agreement
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance. Changes will be posted on our Website or communicated via email.
